How Ops Corps works

Who is eligible

Ops Corps serves primarily Black-owned small and medium-sized businesses. Ops Corps defines small and medium-sized businesses as companies with roughly 100 - 3,000 employees. Additionally, at least fifty-one percent of the company must be Black-owned or controlled in order to qualify as a participant. There are also other inclusion criteria around expansion potential and realizable impact through Operations-focused topics. If you think you might be a good fit, we can set up a time to discuss further.

What we will do

For those who are eligible, we will work with you over several weeks to understand your business and its goals, and create a structured program of actions to help you achieve success. During this time there will also be opportunities to participate in industry conferences, webinars, and workshops. Once the initial program is complete, we will continue to connect with you through regular touchpoints to ensure your progress is sustained.
