The Connected Leaders Academy is designed to provide leaders a catalyst for growth by equipping future leaders with the peer network and sponsorship that will help them achieve their aspirations as well as new capabilities, mindsets, and behaviors. It offers three programs with customized content relevant to Black, Asian, and Hispanic & Latino Leaders. To date, the Connected Leaders Academy has enrolled over 70,000 leaders from over 1,100 organizations across all industries.
