Ability to Execute (A2E) for Nonprofits is designed to empower employees with a new way of working, and build the capacity needed to drive and sustain organizational change.
A2E equips employees across the organization with nine essential skills that improve their ability to execute against their mission. From structured communications to running meetings effectively, this program helps teams shift mindsets and establish a common language that leads to new, better ways of working.
A2E also aligns leaders with a common definition of what great leadership looks like. Regardless of their role, leaders across the organization are equipped with 10 proven principles and simple tools they can instantly start applying to the “moments of leadership” that they face every day.
Unlike one-time trainings that are limited to a small, select group of team members, A2E programs are designed to engage a critical mass of employees over many months to ensure new behaviors “stick.”
We work hand-in-hand with nonprofits to deliver A2E programs in ways that help ensure robust participation within the organization.
