Prior to joining to McKinsey, Jay worked for 8 years at a number of public biotech companies holding a variety of management positions including his most recent position of Senior Director of R&D and product development. He holds a BS in Chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a PhD in Chemistry from The Scripps Research Institute.
