Climate Change publications
Climate Desk for governments is based on the McKinsey GHG abatement cost curve. The report “Pathways to a Low Carbon Economy,” released in January 2009, provides a detailed description of the cost curve methodology and the findings from our work.
McKinsey is also engaged in the expert debate on comparing and increasing the convergence among the leading emissions mitigation models, e.g. the effort led by IIASA (Spring/Summer 2009).
